First, we review each issue to understand what’s going on and figure out who’s responsible for fixing it—whether it’s Parliament, a specific business owner, or someone else. Once that’s clear, we mark the issue as Assigned.
Next, we reach out to the responsible party. If they agree to take it on, we move the issue to In Progress.
Finally, once the problem is resolved, we mark it as Complete. Sometimes, when the issue is a clear duplicate of another, we may merge it, in which we’ll also mark it as Complete.
